Week in Review - February 22 - 28

This week has been about cool temperatures, rainy weather and a car load of plants I brought home from work. And absolutely no where to put them. Which meant a bit of room and plant rearranging. Oh, to have more room!

Which brings me to the fantastic news.

I have been pre-approved for a home loan!

Yep, I never thought I could get my financial life to this point, especially what seems to be so soon.

But with interest rates so low I decided to dip my toe in the water and see how much someone would laugh when it came to lending me money for a home. And they didn't! 

So now it's been house hunting in the rain. 

I have looked at about 4 so far. The one which I felt would work is held up due to septic tank issues. And we are awaiting a report to see what the problem is before we do anything on that house. In the meantime I am looking at other homes. 

Unfortunately, things are getting snapped up like crazy.

But it will all work out and what will be, will be. 

In the meantime, there has been a bit of a change at work. I started working in the produce department chopping and dicing up fresh fruits and vegetables for sale. It's fun and different and we work pretty much on our on. Which is very refreshing. 

Anyway, this coming week...

• Eye exam and new glasses
