Now for my opinion...

The audio book came with a workbook to plan out and track your progress. One thing I really like is many of the concepts are aligning with things I am trying to implement in my life. Since I just 'retired' from my part-time job, I am in the process of seeing how my days will work out. Before, my schedule was different day-to-day and week-to-week. I am currently figuring out my 'exercise time'. 

And since I am a planner gal, scheduling things during my day it my happy place. Right now I am really concentrating on healthy eating, planning out a garden to be more self-sufficient and weekly meal planning. I am trying to get away from any processed food, mainly by creating and canning meals. I have always enjoyed cooking, now it's fun to have the time and energy to cook healthy and tasty meals. 

So while I am still in the beginning stages, this audiobook really hits all the points which I had already identified for 2025.
