Wednesday Writing - Getting My 'Groove' Back

One of the things my 'writing guru', Sarra Cannon, talks about is 'filling your well'.

I feel my 'well' has been dry for a long time. I think some of it had to do with being dissatisfied with the life I was leading at the time - working and feeling unhealthy. Which is funny because I had gone to the doctor and agree to go on some meds to preempt issues. Frankly, I felt worse after starting the meds than I did before.

However, the impact was putting me on a path to more healthy living - without meds!

And lo and behold, I feel more like myself again.

And Lindsay Cokes, the main character in Seven Deadly Murders is becoming more and more demanding about getting out of my head and onto paper. WE have changed the point of view I was originally going with. WE have also thrown a few twists and details into the mix. So now is the time to get off my ass. Well, actually I need to get on my ass and sit down and put words to paper.

Expect to see more of Lindsay and me over the next few weeks!
