I Have Issues....
And there are some people that would probably tell you I have more than I am going to discuss here. But my current issue is 'where do I set up my sewing machine'?
You see, I have this 'helper'.
She is now up and walking, which makes her card table top accessible. The little bit of knitting I have going on now in the living room (while watching TV), is in constant peril of being 'assisted'. For some reason, she is worse than any cat (or dog) I've ever had with yarn.
With our downsizing to the apartment, I no longer have all the space (and table tops to cut on) that I had. So my thought is I have just enough space to set up my card table in my room. That way I can either watch something on Netflix on my computer or a DVD while sewing. I will have to try and put it away every night though. Unfortunately, I can see me sewing and going 'no, no, no' to little hands.
But on the other hand, I do have several quilts I need to get a move on. I am way, way behind on "Joy" among others. And I want to start Lady K's Owl quilt and the curtains for her bedroom (which she is never in). Plus, there are some quick and easy summer clothes I want to make her before it's time for coats and sweaters again.
Savvy and Texter learned early not to get into my stuff. Hopefully, Lady K will be as receptive. Wish me luck!

It's always an adventure. If she doesn't like her own room, try working in there...might entice her to like her space if she thinks it is important to you too? She's such a dolly!
