HOME OWNERSHIP!!!!!!

Yep, my little girl just got pre-approved with her fiancé and friend of many years to buy a house.  They/we have our eye on one already and keeping our friends crossed we can reach the price we want with negotiations.  She is so happy at the prospect of not only getting out of an apartment, but renting too.  And a place for the dogs to have a bit of a yard to run in.  

Good thing is that she is taking ALL of us along with them.  CJ is moving up to Montana.  Texter, Lady K and I will be living with them and paying rent to them rather than someone else.

So the next couple of months are going to be crazy, crazy.  But I will have more room to sew!
