Wednesday Writing - Mojo Back On!
I mentioned to a friend recently I felt like I have 'wasted' a third of the year. Between my annual winter doldrums and now the C-19 'stuff', I really haven't been all that focused since the first of the year. For the past month, I have been coming home from work and sitting down, turn on Amazon Prime to binge watch 'Father Brown' and play Animal Crossing.
Of course, that only serves to make me feel worse unless I acknowledge the situation and try to move on past it.

Driving home after dropping off Lady K on Sunday evening, there was a spectacular sunset. I haven't noticed any really good sunsets recently. No offense North Carolina, but Montana has you beat on sunrises and sunsets on a daily basis.
But I have noticed the 'sap rising' recently and I am getting the ol' Mojo back.
I have worked the past couple of nights with my HB90 Goal Planner for Q2. I did a bit in April, but I really dove into May plans. I took a look at my Kanban board and did some updating. I haven't been as bad as I thought, but I really need to get back on board with my goals.
As an aside, this is one reason I want an Erin Condren planner. The vertical layout is divided into 3 sections which would match my 3 goals. The day-to-day 'stuff' would still reside in my Hobonichi.
Another note - look at the upper left corner of the picture above. See it? My Switch? I am allowing for time to play, but not all day/all night, binge-playing rather than getting 'things' done.
Anyway...
With a blog post due on the blog tour, I am working on Sanctuary using the Save The Cat! software. That is my primary focus at the moment for May. I am working toward having a really massive outline/rough, rough draft by the 22nd of May and the post written to be released on the 23rd.
So I am back on the train and chugging along the tracks. I can't wait to be checking things off my to-do lists in May!
