Food and Fun Friday - Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies

One 'problem' with Facebook is I get tagged by the girls in posts - mainly recipes - because they know I might probably make it for them.

And I did. 

A double batch of Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies. 

The problem is they are very, very dense and rich. So most of the second pan was cut up and wrapped separately and put in the freezer. This way I can 'grab and go' for lunches. 

I did use a box mix for the brownie part of the recipe and I used miniature peanut butter cups in the center. 

Yep. You need a gallon of milk to have with these.
